Asana: Each yoga session will begin with setting goals, warming up, and centering and focusing on the breath. We will then move into variations of your choice: Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, and/ or Restorative. One consultation required. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yoga Nidra: Yoga nidra is a type of yogic, psychic sleep, which allows you to let go. During yoga nidra, you will be guided through several stages, including setting an intention, focusing on the awareness of your breath, and sensations within your body, emotions, and thoughts. 45 minutes.
Breathe: Breathe will help you explore prana (life force) throughout your entire body. During this practice, you will be guided through breathing techniques which will allow you to find deep levels of relaxation, concentration, and self-awareness. 45 minutes.
