One Hour: Each personal training session will include setting goals, warming up, centering and focusing on breath, and challenging flexibility, balance, and strength. This is a complete body workout. One consultation required.

Express: Each personal training session will include setting goals, warming up, centering and focusing on breath, and challenging flexibility, balance, and strength. This is a complete body workout. 30 minutes.

Workout Subscription: . On the provided shared document, we can set goals, track exercises, rate difficulty of exercises, and add comments or questions. I will follow your daily progress. At the end of each week, I will adjust the following week's workout accordingly. 
1) An effective way to workout if you do not want to regularly meet with a personal trainer. 
2) An effective way to increase the results, limit the time we spend discussing how last week's workouts went, and give us more time to focus on that day's workout.
